To play, participants draw cards, create new identities, and explore how they show up at work in fresh ways.
Conversations unfold quickly. People connect across roles, experiences, and perspectives. Hidden strengths emerge. New possibilities come into view.

How to play: Random Remix
Each person draws 3 cards to create a new work identity.
Share and reflect individually, in pairs, and in small groups.
Discover strengths, possibilities, and areas for growth.
Leave with a new language for how you show up at work.
Lots of variations
Play in a group or by yourself.
